Twentyten 2010!

HELLO WORLD! :D
As we all know this amazing vibrant year of 2010 is coming to a conclusion, I think it's only right I create a new post sharing with you all the the highlights of my 2010:D
This year had changed my life drastically, I can feel it..
I experienced a huge transition from this little shy tortoise, who does not like to be active, often just smiling to get over with things that put me out of my shoes, a typical person who just buries himself in books and have a near-sighted world..
The world have changed a lot this year. Especially Singapore! Being Singaporean, I fell really proud! We had organised the inaugural Youth Olympic Games! I'm proud to be part of it, supporting the competition ( well as i could). I watched the very first soccer match between Singapore and Zimbabwe at the Jalan Besar Stadium. Victoria School was the host for Zimbabwe and coincidentally, our Singapore captain, Jeffrey Adam Lightfoot, also a Victorian, led the Singapore team out to the pitch. Our principal organised an official school outing which brought the whole school to Jalan Besar to support both Singapore and Zimbabwe. The final score? 3-1 to Singapore.
Singapore also rolled up the curtains for her newest grandest, expensive, new investments namely the Resort World, Sentosa and Marina Bay Sands. 2 new casinos. So far the 2 new tourist attractions had boosted Singapore's economy a lot! And I hope, in the near future, I'll have the chance to really enjoy these 2 places :P

Okay... Let me try recalling... The start of the year... Every time, a year starts, I asked myself, What's up this year? well some brief thoughts passed and lalala i forget them.. nvm I'll\try recall and slowly reveal them:D I remembered starting the year in school (DUH) I had a new set of teachers, except for my bahasa indonesia teacher(coz there's only one in the whole school. A new Form Teacher, my new English Teacher. It has been awhile since i got a he for a form teacher. ( something new!)  He's well looks really young, some might mistake him as a student who wore home clothes for a Lit presentation, surprisingly everyday! LOL (my impression, maybe not yours but yea it's MINE). 
Things started off brightly, everyone wanted to make a good impression on the new teachers. For me, it was usual, i hanged out with my usual buddies from last year, just a small handful of them:/ (I was that not so sociable!) IMPACT - that's what everyone wants to make. Things were smooth and going lalala...

Revisiting it reminds me a lot of my past! Such as the music i used to listen compared to bullshyt music I'm listening now. lol like K-Pop :P (not only that) They just corrode your ears away... haha

Who are the closest people to you in life?

For me, it's my family, the Tan family:D Well as you can see, there are 4 members in the family: Daddy, Mummy, ME and my younger brother.

How would you describe this little family of mine?

I'd say we are a little humble, honest, typical Singaporean family:) With a generally 'happy' life together. generally good:) with occasional hiccups among each other:/ because of my br... :3

Of course not la he so 'guai'..

Then, ME??!! WHAT?! No! How would a person so guai, fillial and... :3 Sigh okay.. I'm sometimes lazy resulting in sowing some discord in my family.. :/ Whoosp.. BUT..but.. aw.. nevermind i shall explain some other time.. still my bro... he has a hand in things most of the time..

Guess that was a little short brief introduction to my awesome family:D regardless of what, we are still a family. ONE UNITED FAMILY!

I shall talk more abou them some other times:D
